ORDERING INFORMATION

Please read the following information before ordering

GENERAL INFORMATION

Price includes the garment and a design in category "A".

You may choose to upgrade to larger designs in categories "B" or "C".
Category B upgrade price is $4.00 extra.
Category C upgrade price is $12.00 extra.

When browsing through the designs, please note the size and description of the design located underneath the pictures of the designs. The designs sizing information will be helpful to you when choosing your garment. Some designs might be too large to be placed on left chest and would look better sewn in the center of the garment. When ordering, please note the design number and description on the order form. 

Garments with a pocket will have the design and lettering sewn on right chest. Garments without pockets will be sewn on left chest.

All prices subject to change without notice.

No returns will be allowed on personalized, washed or altered garments.

Please allow 3 to 4 weeks delivery time.

Shipping Information

The shipping cost will be 10% of the total price of the items ordered or a minimum of $5.00 for continental U.S.. Most items will be shipped Priority Mail - United States Postal Service.

Lettering Information and Price

Lettering is always optional. If you choose to have lettering, the placement of the lettering may be either arched above or straight below the design.

Category "A" Designs:  The price of the garment includes a design in category A. These designs are just the right size to be placed on left chest if the garment does not have a pocket. If you would like lettering, there is an additional $4.00 fee. Please note this $4.00 fee on the order form. 

Category "B" Designs:  Some of these designs are small enough to be placed on left chest with lettering if the garment does not have a pocket. On larger designs, look for a notation under the design dimensions for center placement.  If you would like lettering, there is an additional $4.00 fee. Please note this $4.00 fee on the order form.

Category "C" Designs:  These are large designs that would be used on the front of a sweatshirt or on the back of a jacket. Please contact us for a price quote if you would also like lettering at svemb@ptd.net .

Please note the number of letters/spaces:
Lettering arched above design: up to 18 letters including blank spaces.
Lettering straight below design: up to 12 letters including blank spaces.

Style of Lettering

All lettering will be capital block letters. Please refer to the sample below to see a sample of the lettering.

Color of Lettering

You may choose from the following colors for lettering with your design:  Red,  Silver, White, Black, Gold, Tan, Navy, Dark Green, Burgundy, Brown (which will be the same as the horse in the design you choose).
